RTM.FM - Stream Show

Back again for my second show on RTM.FM - this time taking it not necessarily down a notch, but certainly drifting away from the braindance naughtiness last month. In this transmission we intoxicatingly ascend and descend through atmospheric shifts, textural analogue truimphs and melodic intrigue.

This months guest is Glasgow based Producer, Sound Designer and Bricolage Label head Fragile X.
I have been following their work for a good couple of years. Firstly when I was looking for shows similar to mine, I stumbled upon their Random Access Radio show - conicidently, at the same time also came across a Toytronic Tribute Mix they had done when I was researching a show I was putting together with Gimmik. Safe to say, if you enjoy what I put out - you'll certainly get on with Fragile X's broadcasts. Fragile X's music is often dramatic and conjures up narratives that lead you through various arcs.
This is also reflected within the roster of their label Bricolage. I wouldn't say dark, but there is definitely a mood that is cultivated within electronic experimentation and ambience that is never still and constantly shifting. It was great to get Fragile X on as I feel we have very similar tastes and attitudes towards music - the guest mix really displays a community collective that they have brought together, so that alone makes it special...
