I am such a sucker for ambient and pretty textures and sounds, which I feel are pretty ubiquitous across these tracks I've selected. Music for me, like most people, is the main way I escape reality, so the dance music I feel most connected to always exhibits atmospheric and euphoric/nostalgic/melancholic emotions. All of these tracks are incredible in their own right. I've been OBSESSED with Memphis LK's "Letters In Concrete", which is a beautiful UKG-infused number that feels like a warm hug on your soul. I would probably listen to this playlist on the way home from the club at 6am. Or on top of a really tall hill looking over Melbourne on a stormy Winter night.
