To end this month, we'd like to announce that Percs & Benefits is finally going back on air. Previously aired at Norrm Radio (Bandung, Indonesia), starting this month, we moved the show to Hong Kong Community Radio (Hong Kong). This first episode at HKCR features Singapore-based DJ VIX who'll be delivering her sonic preferences in realms of bass, breaks, and deconstructed. Show will air Today (27/2), 7PM HKT/6PM WIB.

We got 10 tunes curated here per our tradition; Bandung-based Ambrukt releases his new dance floor weapon "Kalap" that's a part of BUTO BAYANG compilation, highlighting the creativity and diversity of Asian and Asian diaspora producers in electronic music. Following successful club nights in Bali and Berlin, this compilation brings together ten artists from across Asia and the diaspora, each with a distinct sound and identity. "Kalap" itself is an agressive percussion-heavy club traxx in the spectrum of global sounds, between bass, experimental, UK funky, and dembow. 

Brasil's Dessa Ferreira sets "Folha Sagrada" as a connection between Afro-Brazilian and indigenous traditions in a very contemporary aesthetic sense. The multi-instrumentalist was previously released the song around 2023, but this work is added on her PULSO anthology this February 2026. All layers on this masterpiece are sample-worthy, you'd find.

New series of four-tracker from US' Joog Music partnered with Lotek crew to deliver their roster's production. Of all tunes, "xoxo" from Dope on Plastic is the highlight for me--a raw and minimalistic jungle cut is sounding effective on the dance floor. However, other tracks on this compilation is also interesting, like Soeneido's "Broken" or Riv's "Dreaming (VIP)".
