The presence of qgom was evident on Bandcamp in 2018 and translated to the dance floor. Strong representation from the More Time label convinced us all to back UK Funky. This included a strong release from Jus Now (More Time Honcho) that was close to the top for release of the year. Although Google Play / Juno Download / Beatport counted for a small amount of purchases, Bandcamp was the winner for Afro / Caribbean music distribution, with plenty of artists supported and redlined on the dancefloor.
